The work follows HumanGood’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care: you learn what each resident cares about, then you help with basic needs and ADLs and also with recreational activities. Full-time CNA and personal care attendant pay is posted at $19–21 an hour on the 3 pm–11 pm shift. If you are a new CNA, you can start with a certificate or while you are still in a program. Health, dental, and vision begin the first of the month after your start date. You get 20 days of paid time off — it increases with years of service — plus seven company holidays, a 401(k) that matches up to 4% with no vesting wait, and listed tuition reimbursement and continuing education. Dining staff set up the room, take orders, serve meals, and reset for residents and guests; those hours can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
