Benefits
Rogosin offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for regular staff working at least 24 hours per week. Benefits include health insurance through UnitedHealthcare/Oxford with high and low plan options featuring a national PPO network, unlimited lifetime maximum, and a 3-tier prescription plan with mail-order. Dental insurance is provided through Empire BC/BS with preventative, basic restorative, and major restorative coverage. Basic Life and AD&D insurance at 1x base salary is fully employer-paid through Unum, with optional additional coverage available for purchase. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Rogosin pays the larger cost-share of premiums for both staff and eligible dependents. Wellness and disease management programs are also included.
