About this role
The Rogosin Institute (RI) is a non-profit medical care and research organization affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University. Rogosin is one of the premier centers for the diagnosis and management of kidney disease in the country. The Institute also treats patients with diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders and cancer and conducts research in these areas.
RI is recruiting for experienced Hemodialysis Nurses to provide direct nursing care for the end-stage renal disease patients. Job duties include performing patients’ assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating the plan of care, administering medication and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members about treatment procedures. This is a 4-day per week schedule with alternating Saturdays.
We are proud of the work we do, and we are committed to nursing professionals who share their expertise with our patients. Candidates must be licensed as a registered nurse in New York State, CNN desirable. Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in hemodialysis.
