Position Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness.
Key
Responsibilities
Involve patients and families in care decisions, assess educational needs, develop and document personalized care plans with goals and outcomes, perform patient handoffs using safety tools, communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, and participate in process improvement activities. Collaboration & Leadership: Delegate and guide unlicensed staff, participate in committees and special projects, and perform patient rounding based on needs. Compliance & Development: Complete mandatory training, certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS), stay informed on policies, and utilize evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and certification in BLS (additional certifications may be required). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and movement.
