About this role
MDS Coordinator at East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing! Join East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing as a valued MDS Coordinator. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care, while enjoying a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
As the MDS Coordinator, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines. Must be an RN or LPN.
Responsibilities include collaborating with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals, effective communication with various disciplines to facilitate timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS, and preparing accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS data.
