Registered Nurse - Clinical - Transplant

Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides patient-centered nursing care during hospital stays, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, and documents patient progress. Provides education, discharge planning, and collaborates with healthcare team members. Recognizes clinical changes, manages specialized care such as pain and restraint protocols, and ensures infection control and safety standards are met. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, adheres to policies, and fosters a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications &

Skills

Valid RN license, BLS certification, ability to adapt to changing demands, and competence in clinical and technical skills. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
