About this role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Orthopedic Specialty Care Unit (OSCU), a specialized 42-bed unit dedicated to patient recovery from orthopedic surgeries and trauma.

In this role, you will provide care for patients undergoing procedures such as hip and knee replacements, spine, shoulder surgeries, and orthopedic trauma. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including surgeons and therapists, to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities include managing a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, guiding patients through recovery, and fostering meaningful relationships during their short stays. The environment promotes teamwork, professional growth, and orthopedic expertise development.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about patient recovery.

Qualifications include current RN licensure, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and one year of relevant experience (preferred).
