Registered Nurse - Acuity Adaptable

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. They utilize the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological statuses; develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and healthcare teams; coordinate and delegate care activities; monitor patient responses; and revise care plans as needed. Uphold professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation, and promoting the nursing profession. Skills Required: Patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, effective communication, critical thinking, documentation, and accountability. Qualifications: Current RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Experience in med-surg or stepdown units is advantageous. Physical and Other Requirements: Must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively; perform manual tasks and patient transfers; navigate busy environments; and, for some roles, drive vehicles.
