Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour (Based on experience) The Role: Impact & Leadership
As our RN Unit Manager, you will have full clinical and operational oversight of your LTC unit. You will:
Drive Clinical Excellence: Manage patient care plans, oversee medication administration, and ensure all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy.
Lead & Mentor: Supervise and inspire your nursing team (LPNs and CNAs), fostering a culture of accountability and compassion.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain a "survey-ready" unit by adhering to New York State Department of Health (DOH) regulations and HIPAA standards.
Coordinate Care: Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and family communications to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Optimize Operations: Utilize EMR systems to track resident progress and manage unit staffing to ensure optimal care delivery.
