At Edmonds Post Acute, you'll provide hands on care for residents who need it most, from medication management to specialized care for technologically dependent residents. If you're an LPN who takes pride in clinical skill and genuine compassion, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Deliver total care for chronically ill and technologically dependent residents, including ventilator, ostomy, and enteral feeding tube care

Administer medications and manage pain relief with precision

Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigation, and catheter care

Monitor and report resident condition changes to the RN, physician, and care team

Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to build individualized care plans

Provide resident and family education, and document its effectiveness

Respond confidently and calmly in emergency situations

What You'll Need

Active LPN license in Washington

Current CPR certification

IV certification a plus, not required

Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and assist with transfers up to 100 lbs

Comfort working in a fast paced, emotionally demanding skilled nursing environment
