Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality resident-centered care and thrive in a supportive long-term care environment, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plans and state regulations
Coordinate and assign nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing education
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (physicians, therapists, social services, etc.) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current, active Florida RN license
CPR certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
