Position Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 36 hours per week contract in Charleston, SC. Job

Requirements

• 2 years of experience strongly preferred

• SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required

• BLS certification required

• Radiation badge required (to be provided by agency)

• Level 1 trauma experience required

• Scrub experience strongly preferred

• All RTO must be included at time of submission

• Guaranteed hours- facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• Pending licenses will be considered at time of submission, but proof must be provided

• Traveler will not be cleared to report to the facility until SC license is issued/active

• SSN is required to submit

• Previous permanent staff must be separated from the MUSC system for 1 year before returning as a traveler

• Local Rule: MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first; radius rule is 60 miles

• RTO after submission will not be accepted

• Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season

• Local radius: 60 miles

Other Required Documentation

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)

• Two current clinical references

• Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)

• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)

• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)

• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations

• Must pass background check and drug screening
