- Salary: $105,000 – $110,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager to join our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time, daytime leadership role (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) offering excellent compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care
Supervise, train, and support nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents and their families, addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Implement and maintain care standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (required)
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and skilled in family relations and support
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends required)
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
