Job Title: RN Manager (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) Location: Bronx, NY Salary: $105,000 – $110,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager to join our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time, daytime leadership role (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) offering excellent compensation and benefits. Responsibilities: Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care Supervise, train, and support nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents and their families, addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Implement and maintain care standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (required) Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate and skilled in family relations and support Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends required) Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (based on experience) PTO, sick time, paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Health and dental benefits If you are a motivated RN leader looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule with excellent pay and benefits, and you thrive in both staff leadership and family communication, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
  • Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred

  • Compassionate and skilled in family relations and support
