- Passed National Council Licensure Examination
- Graduate or higher level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia
- Passed National Council Licensure Examination
- One or more full years of professional nursing experience including direct patient care in a hospital Emergency Department, patient assessment and triage, administering emergency medications, and monitoring/stabilizing emergency patients
