We are seeking a Part Time RN for The Bluffs of Preston.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead our care team to ensure high-quality service is provided to our residents and their families
  • Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
  • Follow up on physician's orders
  • Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
  • Provide ongoing training to staff
  • Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
  • Ensure survey readiness at all times
  • Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
  • Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
