About this role
The Bluffs of Preston is a small boutique style Assisted Living focusing on a smaller community environment with a close knit resident population. This role is for a full time Registered Nurse/LALD that loves working in an Assisted Living setting while getting to know the residents on a deeper level. We are searching for the right candidate to help us grow and enhance our community.
This position will be combined as an LALD/Part time RN- We are happy to mentor the right candidate via our ALDIR in Training program to receive their LALD.
We are a licensed Assisted Living Community in Preston, MN
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead our care team to ensure high-quality service is provided to our residents and their families
- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- Follow up on physician's orders
- Community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- Provide ongoing training to staff
- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- Ensure survey readiness at all times
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- RN Triage from 5pm to 8am and weekend coverage is in place
- On Call for Emergency Staffing
