About this role

Come join our clinical team - 28 years in business and we need more staff! We are needing more licensed nurses to care for kids and adults in their own homes. Assist our families with some respite and provide rewarding care in the home. 4-8 hr shifts available - clients in Santa Rosa. 10 month old baby with feedings and medication administration needs LVN for 3-8 hr shifts per week. 12 yr old boy in Santa Rosa has central line and needs RN shifts 4-8 hrs shifts.
