Additional Details: Required Skills/ Experience: EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip, and heparin drip experience. Experience with BiPAPs, high flow O2, and multiple oxygen delivery systems. Experience with stroke and post cardiac cath care. Experience with tube feedings and NG/Dobhoff tubes. Peripheral IV skills. Preferred Skills/ Experience: Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred. Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Unit Details: Uses BiPAPs, high flow O2, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, cardiac drips, heparin drips, insulin drips, peritoneal dialysis, and wound vacs. Procedures performed on unit: peritoneal dialysis, thoracentesis, paracentesis, chest tube insertions, Dobhoff/NG tube insertions, central line dressing changes, and wound vac troubleshooting. Utilizes techs to assist with patient care. Shift & Scheduling: Self scheduling; schedules are 4 weeks. Every other weekend required. Floating Requirements: May float between PCU units or to med-surg floors. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
