Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care that embodies our commitment to holistic health and wellness, ensuring every patient receives service centered on their unique needs.
Champion the patient experience by creating and implementing personalized care plans, acting as a vigilant advocate who communicates condition changes across the care team with accuracy and urgency.
Serve as the central coordinator for all care disciplines, uniting the team to ensure seamless communication and a well-orchestrated approach to clinical excellence.
Translate physician and clinical orders into precision care, executing nursing interventions that prioritize safety, efficacy, and positive patient outcomes.
Lead comprehensive discharge planning by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring our patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for a smooth transition to recovery at home.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
