About this role
RN Care Manager, Occupational Medicine will provide health leadership, coordination of services, and the implementation of best practices to support the overall goals of the Occupational Medicine On-site Nurse program. RN Care Manager will provide comprehensive services that include first aid, medical response, management of occupational and non-occupational injuries/illnesses, medical surveillance, training and education, COVID-19 program management, health and wellness initiatives, and injury prevention services. Duties include assessing the need for outside medical treatment, managing supplies, coordinating early intervention and return-to-work activities, ensuring compliance with job functions for ADA, and various health promotion initiatives.
