About this role
Patient Flow Coordinators with the Single Call team triage internal medicine admissions for the hospitalists at CMC, Cabarrus, and the Virtual Hospital Medicine teams. It is a non-patient facing clinical role that involves intensive but efficient chart reviews, coordination with physicians, and the ability to switch tasks rapidly across different technologies. The Flow Coordinator is the only teammate logged into the secure chat groups for the Hospitalist Group, responsible for reading and responding to all messages in a timely, accurate manner. FT Nights
- 12 hour shifts, 3 shifts a week, about every third weekend, remote. Must live within 1 hour of Charlotte NC area.

Requirements
- RN
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- 2 years of RN experience and prior triage and ED experience preferred
- BSN preferred
