Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

What You'll Do
Provide nursing oversight for our on-site primary care clinic
Deliver direct care when needed (including wound care and medication administration)
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of our participants' health and wellness are met

Requirements
Current RN license in Pennsylvania
Experience with geriatric or long-term care preferred
