Location: Lancaster, PA Job Type: Full-Time / Contract / Day Shift
Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with pediatric experience and specialized skills in trach and G-tube care (NICU/ICU preferred) to join our team at a pediatric center in Lancaster. Several openings are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, specialized pediatric care to patients with unique medical needs.
- Manage and maintain tracheostomy (trach) and gastrostomy (G-tube) care.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Comply with HIPPA standards and regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in traditional paper charting and manual documentation.
- Looking for a natural collaborator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to jump in wherever needed across different team functions.
QualificationsRequirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Professional experience in pediatric nursing.
- Specialized clinical skills in trach and G-tube care.
- NICU or ICU clinical background strongly preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and a deep commitment to patient safety.
- Patient and caring attitude.
- Experience with home health pediatrics transfers well.
