Sunterra Springs - Independence MO seeking an amazing DON (Director of nursing) to join our team. In this leadership role, you will ensure quality patient care, direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the clinical functions, perform regulatory compliance, and manage staff. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of Nursing Service, maintaining current federal, state, and local standards, determining staffing needs, and knowledgeable about long-term and rehabilitation care.
