Founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, TRU Community Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties. With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care. The Afterhours Registered Nurse will primarily conduct afterhours home visits and provide care to patients, as delegated by the Phone Triage Nurse.

Provides nursing care to meet the patient's needs in accordance with the patient's hospice plan of care. Cross-train on phone triage to assist Triage RN team as necessary.
