Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
