About this role
The Actionable Findings Coordinator plays a critical role in patient safety and quality by overseeing the full lifecycle of actionable, critical, and significant unexpected diagnostic findings for all of CentraCare. This position ensures that findings identified in imaging and diagnostic reports are communicated, acknowledged, documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely and reliable manner, supporting closed loop communication and reducing the risk of missed or delayed follow up. Serving as a central point of coordination, the Actionable Findings Coordinator works closely with radiologists, referring providers, clinical care teams, and operational partners to facilitate clear communication, escalate unacknowledged findings, and support adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
