Position Summary The Family Medicine NP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working within an integrated healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a provider who values quality patient care, relationship-building, and a supportive clinical environment.
Pay: 1099 / Independent Contractor — $75.00 per hour
Schedule
Available 2–3 days per week Future Opportunity: Full-time employment may be considered in the future based on business needs and mutual fit
- Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida law
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate with behavioral health providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Qualifications
- Active Florida APRN license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active DEA license
- Minimum of 2 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
