About this role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for an extended care client on a PRN basis during day shift 0700-1900 or night shift 1900-0700. This is a private duty client with trach, vent, G-tube, and Hoyer transfer needs in addition to brief changes, bath cares, and med administration. You will be working in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability.

Requirements

- Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license, Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care, Current BLS/CPR certification, Strong clinical and communication skills, Ability to work independently in a home care setting, A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing, Must work at least 1 shift/month to remain PRN on the case
