Responsibilities As our Head RN, you may be responsible for: Completing initial client assessments Performing supervisory nursing visits as required Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized Plans of Care Conducting skilled nursing evaluations when appropriate Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff Supervising LVNs and CNAs as required by Texas regulations Reviewing clinical documentation for compliance Assisting with admissions and Start of Care assessments
