Trillionheir Care Collective is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Head Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our clinical leader on an as-needed contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexible work while helping build a growing healthcare agency dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
As our Head RN, you may be responsible for
Completing initial client assessments
Performing supervisory nursing visits as required
Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized Plans of Care
Conducting skilled nursing evaluations when appropriate
Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff
Supervising LVNs and CNAs as required by Texas regulations
Reviewing clinical documentation for compliance
Assisting with admissions and Start of Care assessments
Participating in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
Providing clinical guidance to agency leadership
Assisting with policy and procedure updates when needed
Supporting state survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Collaborating with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and referral partners
Being available for clinical consultation as needed
