Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LMSW licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care settings, psychiatric hospital, or long-term care preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practices
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions promptly
- Previous experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics
- Knowledge of pain management techniques, infection control practices, and behavioral health considerations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Behavioral health hospital experience
