About this role
The overall purpose of the Regional Director of Clinical Services Hospice position is to assess and ensure the highest-quality end-of-life care for hospice patients through regular on-site and remote reviews of hospice clinical systems. This role supports assigned hospice programs in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal hospice regulations and Conditions of Participation, while promoting excellence in patient-centered, interdisciplinary care.

Requirements
- Active, Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical management or leadership experience, preferably in Hospice or Palliative Care
- Regional or multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of CMS Hospice Conditions of Participation and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze clinical data, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical reporting systems
- Ability to travel regularly
