About this role
- Shift: M-F 8-4:30 with 30 min lunch built in
- Length of contract: 8 weeks
- Start date: ASAP
Ratios: We currently have 11 HH patients and 11 Hospice patients, and are not taking on new referrals until we have more staff in place and each referral’s needs will be considered prior to acceptance.
Weekend
Requirements
1-2 weekends/month (may only be call, or a couple of visits scheduled if we are doing daily visits on anyone for wound care or Hospice patients declining status)
Certs Required: RN, HH and Hospice experience preferred
On-call

M-F 16:30-08:00 (15.5 hrs), 2-3 days/week, weekends are Sat 0800 - Mon 0800 (48 hrs)
