Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available

Day: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

• Wage Range: $37.50+ /hour depending on experience
• Bonus: $5,000 for evening shift only

Registered Nurse

responsibilities

Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response Monitor residents and report any change in their condition Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Monitor performance of CNA staff Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states
• CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it
• Stable work history
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
