Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time or Part-Time Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center Coopersburg, PA Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. For more than 50 years, Valley Manor has provided skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services to the Coopersburg community. Join a supportive team committed to delivering excellent resident care. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies Maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, privacy, and quality of life Qualifications Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program CPR certification preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Available Employment Options Full-time Part-time Day, evening, and night shift opportunities Every-other-weekend availability may be required Benefits for Eligible Employees Competitive compensation Shift and weekend differentials, when applicable Health insurance options Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Supportive leadership and opportunities for professional growth Join Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
