About this role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living community. In this role, you will support residents with clinical care, medication management, wellness monitoring, and coordination with families and providers.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing care in a warm, home-like setting. Full Time/Part Time
Note: This position will support 3 locations. Two locations in North Branch and one location in Chisago City.

As an Assisted Living RN, you will
- Perform resident assessments and ongoing wellness monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Oversee medication management, documentation, and MAR accuracy
- Provide nursing support for residents with chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and outside providers
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Supervise and support caregivers/med techs as needed
- Respond to resident changes in condition and emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation in the resident chart/EMR
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MN
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple residents and prioritize care needs
- Reliable, compassionate, and resident-centered approach
Preferred
- Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care (LTC), SNF, or geriatrics
- Knowledge of medication administration systems (MAR/eMAR)
- Experience supervising caregivers or med techs
- Familiarity with state assisted living regulations
