What You'll Do
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes
- Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
What You'll Need
- Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible)
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
