What You'll Do

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes
  • Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

What You'll Need

  • Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible)
  • Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
  • Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
