Salary range: $42.43 - $59.90 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients in compliance with facility policies and professional standards of practice.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing biopsychosocial assessments and develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing plans of care aligned with the master treatment plan.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to plan, implement, and adjust age-appropriate and problem-specific goals, interventions, and objectives.
  • Implement nursing interventions, co-lead therapeutic group sessions, and evaluate patient responses to adjust care based on changes in patient status.
  • Oriented to all three behavioral health units with a requirement to float per department needs.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:•

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
