About the Role

Are you a compassionate RN or LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional end-of-life care? Join our hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support patients and families through education, comfort, and advocacy.
  • Document patient care and communicate changes in condition.

Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hospice, home health, or long term care experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 0.8 FTE (32 hours a week), or 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

On-Call Requirement

  • This role includes on call coverage.
  • Up to 1 shift per week, Monday - Thursday 4 PM to 8 AM
  • Up to every 4th weekend, Friday 4 PM to Monday 8 AM

Location

  • Hit the road without the extra costs—this role includes travel within a one-hour radius, and a company car is provided for employees working 0.6 FTE or more.

Compensation

  • LPN: $27.80–$31.20 per hour, based on experience.
  • RN: $38.50–$44.80 per hour, based on experience.

( Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate )
