About this role
Chinook Home Healthcare is a locally operated home healthcare company seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team in the Tri-Cities area.
This position provides true 1:1 patient care in a home setting, allowing nurses to build meaningful relationships with patients while working in a more personalized and lower-ratio environment than traditional facility care.
We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical staff, and consistent opportunities for both full-time and part-time nurses.
Pay
$55.00 – $60.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing assessments
- Medication administration and review
- Accurate documentation and charting
- Patient and family education
- Provide care based on individualized patient needs
Some cases may involve skilled nursing care such as
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator support
- Gastrostomy tube care and feedings
- Nebulizer treatments
- TPN administration
- Medication Administration

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
