Location: Urgent Care Centers - Bellingham, Lynden and Mount Vernon City: Bellingham, Lynden and Mount Vernon, WA
Position: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly): Monday-Friday with alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Weekday shifts are 8:30am-6:30pm or 11:30am-9:30pm.; candidates must be available to work either shift. Weekend hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel between all three urgent care locations to support patient care needs.
Compensation
The full wage scale for a Medical Assistant (MA-C) is $23.48 - $34.83 per hour.
The full wage scale for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is $26.06 - $38.66 per hour.
The full wage scale for a Registered Nurse (RN) is $30.36 - $45.04 per hour.
Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate’s relevant experience.
Bonus: Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) ( Subject to payback clause ).

PTO, PSL, and EIB accrue starting on your first day, and you can use paid time off after the applicable days of employment
Full-time employees generally begin earning 18 days of PTO, increasing 33 days over time per our PTO policy. You can rollover unlimited PTO hours into the next year.
PSL accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked
EIB accrues up to 32 hours per year (pro-rated based on hours worked) for both part-time and full-time employees, with a maximum of 480 hours

Required
Education
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant (MA-C), LPN or RN program.
Required Licensure and
Certification
Active or interim Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C), LPN or RN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health.
Acquire and maintain BLS certification as per FCN BLS policy.
Physical
Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
