Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a related field
- degree in a relevant field LVN or RN
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective staff development programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
