Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive staff development programs to improve job performance and job satisfaction

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions

• Collaborate with department leaders to create a training strategy aligned with organizational goals

• Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions and professional organizations to provide opportunities for staff development

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to promote career growth and advancement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staff development and training

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a related field

• degree in a relevant field LVN or RN

• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective staff development programs

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
