Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric residents with complex medical needs.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Support residents and families with education and compassionate care.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for working with children and medically complex patients.
