TrestleTree is a leading national health transformation company that is looking for Registered Nurses to provide remote telephonic and video health coaching. TrestleTree health coaching is more than just giving advice. TrestleTree Health Coaches connect with individuals to build relationships of trust and help them develop an individualized plan for improved health within the unique context of their health and life story.
You will have an opportunity to positively influence the health, life and overall wellbeing of our clients’ employees and family members. Through one-on-one health coaching, you'll help individuals with chronic condition management, weight management, improved nutrition and exercise, tobacco cessation, and stress management.

We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Registered Nurses who are committed to helping people improve their health. No experience in health coaching is required, as we provide five-six weeks of intensive training after you have been hired that equips you to effectively work with individuals to improve their health behaviors. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses who have excellent oral and written communication skills, are flexible, and are active learners. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, though not required.
To be considered for this position, candidates must
- Be an RN and have current licensure in Texas. If you have a compact license, you will need to have primary licensure in Texas.
- Be available for full-time training from November 2nd-December 18th, with no vacations or other constraints during this time. Please note that we are closed on Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th, for Thanksgiving.
- Have excellent (above average) skills on the computer, including excellent typing skills.
- Have excellent connectivity and a private place to work from home that is free from all distractions and noise.
- Be available for some evening/night hours, with at least one night until 9pm CT. Candidates able to do more evening/night hours will be prioritized.
This is a full-time position, scheduled for five days per week (Mon-Fri), and we are not considering part-time candidates.
