LPN/Weekends ONLY

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Complete nursing assessments and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Assist with coordinating appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality of care.
• Provide compassionate support while respecting each resident's dignity and independence.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate.

*Requirements*

• Current and unrestricted *LPN/LVN license* in the state of employment.
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred/required according to facility policy.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to weekend scheduling.
• Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach to care.
