We are seeking a compassionate and dependable *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* to join our assisted living team through our *Weekend Baylor Pay *here at *Radiance Senior Living of Oxford*. This position is ideal for an LPN who prefers working weekends while enjoying enhanced Baylor pay.
The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents while promoting their safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, families, caregivers, and physicians.

- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Complete nursing assessments and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
- Assist with coordinating appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition.
- Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality of care.
- Provide compassionate support while respecting each resident's dignity and independence.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate.
*Requirements*
- Current and unrestricted *LPN/LVN license* in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred/required according to facility policy.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to weekend scheduling.
- Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach to care.
