What You’ll Do

As a Travel RN, you will provide direct resident care and serve as the clinical leader for your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments

Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition

Supervising CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other assigned nursing staff

Communicating with physicians, families, and facility leadership

Supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response

Ensuring care is delivered safely and according to resident care plans

What You’ll Need

Current, unencumbered Iowa RN license

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility environments

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or Charge Nurse experience is preferred but not required.
