We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team. This role is ideal for an RN with geriatrics experience who thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered environment. Key
Responsibilities
Assess and respond to resident needs, including emergency triage and EMS coordination. Support clinic operations by assisting providers, maintaining exam/treatment areas, and ensuring supply readiness. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners, addressing concerns promptly. Maintain accurate medical tracking (Annual Wellness, PT/INR, and 7-day medication programs) and coordinate with pharmacy services. Collaborate with nurses and leadership to ensure staffing coverage and smooth workflow. Uphold Springmoor's safety policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements
- RN
- LPN
- Current LPN or RN license in the State of North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year in geriatrics or similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to stay calm in emergencies
- Leadership, organizational, and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physically and mentally able to meet role demands
