About this role

We are an innovative medical clinic that provides high quality care to patients in their homes. We are looking for a nurse manager that will be part time and responsible for supervising care managers as well as onboarding new patients into Enabled Health and managing complex illness with oversight by a nurse practitioner. Part of your time will be on the road visiting facilities (30-50%) and part of your time will be remote.
