Registered Nurse (RN) — Monday–Friday Home Health Visits
Saintly Home Health LLC is hiring one dependable Registered Nurse to complete home health visits Monday through Friday.
Our office is located in Tempe , but this is a Valley-wide field position. We are looking for an RN who can manage patients throughout our complete service area—not only patients close to home.

- Apache Junction
- Cave Creek
- Goodyear
- Buckeye
- Other surrounding Phoenix Valley communities
We will group visits geographically whenever possible, but applicants must be comfortable driving throughout the entire service area.
Please do not apply if you are only willing to see patients in one city or one section of the Valley.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Must be available all five weekdays
- Must be prepared to complete up to five visits per day as our patient census grows
- Daily routes and visit volume may vary
- No guaranteed number of visits
- Documentation must be completed accurately and on time
Pay — You Receive Whichever Amount Is Greater
Every week, we calculate your pay two ways
Base-Pay Option
- $500 guaranteed weekly base
- Plus $0.60 per approved business mile
Per-Visit Option
- $80 per routine skilled-nursing visit
- $100 per Start of Care
- $90 per recertification or resumption of care
You receive whichever option pays you more that week.
You do not receive the base pay and per-visit pay together. Mileage is included only under the base-pay option.
Example 1
Your total per-visit pay is $800.
You receive $800. Mileage is not added.
Example 2
Your total per-visit pay is $400, and you drove 200 approved business miles.
- Weekly base: $500
- Mileage: $120
- Total pay: $620
You receive $620 because the base-pay option is greater.
The weekly base-pay option requires you to remain available Monday through Friday, accept reasonably assigned visits throughout the service area, communicate with the office and complete all documentation on time.
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled-nursing visits in patients’ homes
- Perform nursing assessments
- Complete Start of Care visits
- Complete recertification and resumption-of-care visits
- Provide wound care, medication education and other ordered nursing services
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, physicians and office staff
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in Alora
- Follow OASIS, Medicare and EVV requirements
- Obtain all required patient and clinician signatures
Training Provided
Home health experience is preferred, but it is not required. We will train the right RN on:
- Start of Care procedures
- OASIS assessments
- Alora EMR documentation
- Medicare home health requirements
- Saintly Home Health’s clinical workflows
Applicants must be willing to learn detailed home health documentation and complete it correctly and on time.

- Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance
- Willingness to drive throughout the entire listed service area
- Reliable Monday–Friday availability
- Smartphone with dependable cellular service
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in patients’ homes
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
- Home health experience preferred, but not required

Saintly Home Health LLC is a CHAP-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency based in Tempe, Arizona.
We are looking for an RN who wants consistent weekday opportunities, guaranteed minimum weekly compensation and the ability to earn more as our patient census grows.
Before applying, please make sure you understand the Valley-wide travel requirement, Monday–Friday availability requirement and “whichever is greater” compensation structure.
Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
