You'll be immersed in a dynamic setting, gaining exposure to both cutting-edge technology and interdisciplinary care teams. The unit features 7 state-of-the-art Cath Labs, supporting mostly adult cardiac cases, and provides an outstanding environment to broaden your experience working with diverse patient populations and complex cardiac procedures. Facilities feature tools like Cerner EMR, Alaris IV pumps, McKesson hemodynamic systems, GE and Siemens C-arms, and Omnicell medication dispensing—for hands-on familiarity in advanced healthcare technology.
Schedule
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 6-week schedule cycles 1–2 weeknight on-call shifts/week and 1–2 call weekends/6-week schedule (Call: 7:00 AM Saturday – 7:00 AM Monday; 30-minute response window) Schedule includes holiday rotations as needed Free parking in badge-access garage

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
- Prefer 1 year ICU or 2–3 years Cardiac Stepdown experience
- Not accepting first-time travelers
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; RCIS or CI certification preferred
- Proficiency in monitoring, sedation, and acute cardiac care

Responsibilities
Delivering safe, effective care in a fast-paced cardiac environment Collaborating with nurse managers, charge RNs, RTs, hospitalists, intensivists, cardiologists, and NPs Adapting to on-call needs and unit floats (potential to University Hospital or EP Lab) Utilizing a variety of advanced cardiac equipment and technology
